All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle collection. This agreement outlines essential terms, conditions, insurance coverage, fees, and your obligations related to the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Vehicle Rental Requirements

3. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations for vehicle hire can be completed via our website, by telephone, or directly at our St Helens office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The remaining balance and a security deposit are generally payable upon collecting your vehicle. All charges are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT as required. We accept major credit and debit cards, with secure processing through established payment systems.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses for your vehicle:
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in any hazardous behavior. Transporting dangerous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes and within the specified passenger and weight limits. Additionally, driving beyond the agreed geographical boundaries without prior approval is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in St Helens is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business related to your use of our services. The maximum liability for any claims will not exceed the total amount you paid for rentals in the previous 12 months.
